View all orders in the Orders tab
See order status (pending, in progress, completed)
Track order timeline and updates
Communicate with specialists via chat
Receive notifications for order updates

Payment Methods

Add and manage payment options

Go to Profile > Payments
Add a credit or debit card
Set a default payment method
Remove old or unused cards
View payment history

Purchase credits to hire specialists
Credits are deducted when you accept a proposal
Unused credits remain in your account
Refill credits anytime from your profile
Credits can be refunded when candidates are rejected

Order Cancellation

Cancel orders and applications when needed

Go to Orders tab
Select the order you want to cancel
Tap 'Cancel Order'
Confirm cancellation
Note: Cancellation policies may vary by order type
Orders can only be canceled if no specialist has been hired
