  2. Open and Sign Up: Launch the app and tap on 'Sign Up' or 'Get Started' button on the welcome screen.
  3. Enter Your Information: Provide your phone number and full name. Make sure your phone number is correct as you'll need it for verification.
  4. Verify Your Phone: You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS. Enter the code to verify your phone number.
  5. Complete Your Profile: Add additional information like your bio, location, and profile photo to help specialists find you.
  6. Start Using HopWork: Once your profile is set up, you can start browsing services, placing orders, and connecting with specialists!

Complete Order Process

Placing your first order on HopWork is straightforward. Here's what to expect:

  1. Find a Service: Browse or search for the service you need. Make sure to read the service description and check specialist profiles.
  2. View Details: Tap on the service card to see full details, pricing, specialist information, and reviews from other clients.
  3. Start Order: Click the 'Order' or 'Hire' button to begin the ordering process.
  4. Provide Order Details: Fill in all required information including:
    • Date and time preferences
    • Location (if applicable)
    • Specific requirements or instructions
    • Budget range
  5. Review and Confirm: Double-check all your order details before confirming. Once confirmed, your order will be posted and visible to specialists.
  6. Receive Proposals: Specialists will review your order and submit proposals. You'll receive notifications when new proposals arrive.
  7. Choose and Communicate: Review all proposals, compare specialists, and select the best match. Once selected, you can communicate directly through the in-app chat feature.

Important: Make sure you have sufficient credits in your account before placing an order. Credits are required to hire specialists.

  • Photo Library Access: Enables you to upload existing photos from your device. Useful for sharing reference images, examples, or profile pictures.
  • Location Access: Helps set your profile location and find local specialists. This improves matching accuracy and allows you to discover nearby service providers. Your exact location is never shared without your permission.
  • Notifications: Keeps you informed about important updates including:
    • New proposals on your orders
    • Messages from specialists
    • Order status changes
    • Payment confirmations

Managing Permissions: You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. Go to Settings > HopWork > Permissions to modify access. Note that some features may not work properly if permissions are denied.

Privacy: We respect your privacy. Permissions are only used for the stated purposes and we never access your data without your explicit action.
