Updating Your Profile

Keep your information current and up-to-date

  • Go to your Profile tab
  • Tap on 'Edit' button
  • Update any information you want to change
  • Add or change your profile photo
  • Update your bio, location, or contact information
  • Tap 'Save' to apply changes

Role Requirements for Specialists

To be visible and searchable in the specialists list, your role must be set to 'Specialist', not 'Client'

  • Go to your Profile tab
  • Open the Account Information section
  • Tap on 'Edit' button
  • Select 'Specialist' as your role
  • Tap 'Save' to apply changes
  • Your profile will now appear in the specialists list

Download a copy of your personal data

  • Go to Settings > Privacy
  • Tap on 'Export Data'
  • Request your data export
  • You'll receive a download link via email
  • Download and save your data

⚠️ Permanent Action

Account Deletion

Permanently delete your account and all data

  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • Type 'DELETE' to confirm
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your data will be deleted
  • You cannot delete accounts with active orders
  • Export your data before deletion if needed
